Online Teller

Online Teller is free and easy to use. You have access to your PTOFCU account anytime and anywhere. If you do not have access to this service, Apply Today (PDF Version). Print this form and fax to the Credit Union at (571) 273-0190. A member services representative will contact you to set up your account access. Once you log on to Online Teller, you will be prompted to change your password for your security.
 

Online Teller uses enhanced login security features that will identify you as the true 'owner' of your PTOFCU Online Account. Not only will your password be recognized, your computer will be recognized as well. If we don't recognize your computer — you've logged in from a public computer or one you haven't used before. At that point, you will be prompted to answer challenge questions that only you have the answers to. These questions will act as an additional line of defense against unauthorized access to your accounts.

Online Bill Pay

Bill Pay allows you to pay your bills directly out of your checking account with just a few clicks of a button. Once a payee is setup, you can schedule them to be paid as a one time transaction or as a recurring payment.

Any Patent & Trademark Office Federal Credit Union Member with a checking account that has enrolled in Online Teller can take advantage of this great service!

Is Bill Pay Safe?
Yes, Bill Pay is only accessible through secure eChoice Online un-banking, which utilizes industry-standard 128bit SSL encryption. SSL encrypts your personal information before it leaves your computer, ensuring that no one else can read it.
