Online Teller uses enhanced login security features that will identify you as the true 'owner' of your PTOFCU Online Account. Not only will your password be recognized, your computer will be recognized as well. If we don't recognize your computer — you've logged in from a public computer or one you haven't used before. At that point, you will be prompted to answer challenge questions that only you have the answers to. These questions will act as an additional line of defense against unauthorized access to your accounts.
WARNING: DO NOT RESPOND to email scams that ask you for your account number, credit card number, and personal identification numbers. Email messages that ask for this type of information are fraudulent, and should be reported immediately. We will never contact you and ask for this information.
