Getting Married

What an exciting time. So much to do and so much to look forward to. With all the preparations that go into planning your wedding those little details can often be overlooked. Here are a few helpful hints to consider:

You may want to add your spouse to your account at PTOFCU. Simply complete the Joint Owner section of our Online Membership Application and, if applicable, request an additional Visa card. You will need to call us to request the additional card.

Has your name changed? If so, you will need to complete the name change form , then fax it to us along with a government issued photo id and you notarized signature. If you prefer you can bring your legal marriage certificate to the credit union.

If you are adding your spouse to your checking account you will need to reorder checks. Don’t forget to request a Visa check card for your spouse.

Save time by setting up direct deposit. Whether your spouse opens a separate account or is joint owner on yours, a direct deposit of your paychecks means your earnings can grow faster and consistently. Plus you can monitor your account online and have access to your cash whenever you need it.

Checking and Savings

PTOFCU offers a wide range of checking and savings account options for our members. For more information regarding these options, visit our Savings and Checking page.

Online Teller

It’s your money, know where it is. Because of this PTOFCU offers an Online Teller service that is free and easy to use. By utilizing this service, our members have access to their PTOFCU account anytime, anywhere. Because security is important to all online transactions and inquiries, Online Teller uses enhanced login security features that will identify you as the true 'owner' of your PTOFCU Online Account. Not only will your password be recognized, your computer will be recognized as well. If we don't recognize your computer — you've logged in from a public computer or one you haven't used before. At that point, you will be prompted to answer challenge questions that only you have the answers to. These questions will act as an additional line of defense against unauthorized access to your accounts which is always important to PTOFCU and our members. For more information, visit our Online Teller page.
